EduBiz Networks has created a platform GOEXTRA offering live online courses for school & college students. While a school student gets variety of afterschool programs, a college student can avail the benefits of various value-added courses.

These courses are offered by best teachers and domain experts from various parts of India.

We've adopted four channels for marketing these courses:

1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing
2. A network of partners - Unicode & Twincode partners
3. Institutional marketing through schools & colleges

To facilitate the institutional marketing through schools, we've created a structured program called 'COLLABOOST' and are looking for interns to assist our business development team.

1. The candidates shall be given a database of schools with contact numbers and they are expected to make the calls to the principals/ managers of these schools and present them the program.
2. Share the details over WhatsApp or email.
3. Follow-up with them for prospecting & transfer the leads to the business development team

The candidates shall be evaluated on:

• Number of calls made per day (Mon to Sat)
• Quality of calls (conversations) made per day (as these calls shall be tracked through cloud telephony)
• Number of responses received

We'll provide the candidates with the following:

• A detailed training
• Contact details of the schools
• A cloud telephony access

The performing candidates shall be upgraded to more advanced projects and shall also be offered stipend ranging from INR 3,000/- per month to INR 10,000/- per month depending upon their performance & the time duration (part-time/ full-time) committed to the internship. However, it may be noted that the first month of internship shall be unpaid.

Furthermore, it may also be noted that the best performers shall be offered jobs in the organization.

Since, the schools across India shall generally be closed during the summer vacations & are expected to open in July 2005, hence we expect the candidates to start from 7th July for a minimum period of 1 month. We encourage candidates for longer duration for better results & evaluation.
