EduBiz Networks is starting a new division named - EXCELLISTARS. It's about awards in the education industry. We expect the candidates to reach-out to preschool owners in a designated city/ cities over phone call and brief them about 'Kindercare Awards' and invite them to participate in the awards to be announced on Oct 24, 2025. A google form shall be shared with the respondents and they're expected to submit their responses through the same.

The candidates shall be evaluated on:

• Number of calls made per day (Mon to Sat)
• Quality of calls (conversations) made per day (as these calls shall be tracked through cloud telephony)
• Number of responses received

We'll provide the candidates with the following:

• A detailed training
• Contact details of the preschools for the city/ cities assigned
• A cloud telephony access

The performing candidates shall be upgraded to more advanced projects and shall also be offered stipend ranging from INR 3,000/- per month to INR 10,000/- per month depending upon their performance & the time duration (part-time/ full-time) committed to the internship. However, it may be noted that the first month of internship shall be unpaid.

Furthermore, it may also be noted that the best performers shall be offered jobs in the organization.

Since, the preschools across India shall generally be closed during the summer vacations & are expected to open in July 2005, hence we expect the candidates to start from 7th July for a minimum period of 1 month. We encourage candidates for longer duration for better results & evaluation.

Graduates or students pursuing graduation with good English speaking abilities.

Preference shall be given to students doing BBA or MBA with marketing & sales acumen.
