Responsibilities

BOOSTUP by EduBiz Networks is a specialized marketing studio offering a comprehensive suite of 34 services across 8 broad categories, designed exclusively for educational institutions. BOOSTUP serves a diverse range of clients throughout India, including schools, preschools, colleges, universities, coaching and test-prep centers, vocational and computer training institutes, edtech companies, and professionals such as career and parenting consultants.

To expand its outreach, BOOSTUP has launched a Partnership Program inviting entrepreneurs and professionals to collaborate at two levels:

1. Affiliate Partner

Affiliate Partners are expected to refer educational institutions as potential clients. Upon successful conversion by BOOSTUP’s sales team, the affiliate earns 10% commission on the sales value. There are no geographical restrictions, but affiliates must personally introduce BOOSTUP to the lead, rather than simply sharing contact details.

2. District Associate

District Associates receive exclusive rights for a specific district, upon payment of a fee equivalent to 1% of the district's population (based on the most recent official census).

  • They earn 20% commission on direct sales within their district (without affiliate involvement).
  • For sales within their district that come through an affiliate, the District Associate earns 10%, while the affiliate earns their 10% share.
  • District Associates can also appoint Affiliate Partners within their district and are allowed to refer leads outside their territory for a 10% commission.

Market Survey Internship Program

To identify the most promising audience segments for this partnership program, the company is conducting a market survey across various demographic categories, including:

  • Edupreneurs – e.g., owners of preschools, coaching institutes, and training centers
  • Eduleaders – e.g., marketing managers or center heads at educational enterprises
  • Educators – e.g., school teachers, college professors, and private tutors
  • General Public – individuals outside the education sector who may still be interested

We are open to creative outreach ideas and are eager to explore every potential opportunity.

Intern Responsibilities:

  • Interns will receive a city-specific list of educational institutions and are expected to make cold calls to identify key decision-makers and present the partnership proposal.
  • Calls will be made through a cloud telephony system, with all calls recorded for quality monitoring.
  • All actions and responses must be logged in a shared Google Sheet.
  • For categories beyond institutional leads (e.g., general public, teachers, etc.), outreach can be done via social media platforms.
  • Interns are responsible for sharing the following resources with leads via email, WhatsApp, or Messenger:
  • Interns must follow up to ensure survey participation.
  • Once responses are collected, interns will analyze the data, generate insights, and recommend marketing strategies to the leadership team.
