Industry Connect Intern (Education Sector only)

We are looking for 6 positions, one each for:

1. Northern Zone: Includes Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Punjab, and Rajasthan
2. Southern Zone: Includes Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Puducherry, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana
3. Central Zone: Includes Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand
4. Eastern Zone: Includes Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and West Bengal
5. Western Zone: Includes Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra
6. North-Eastern Zone: Includes Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh

The selected candidates shall:

1. Create a list of education companies/ organizations/ institutes/ professionals (schools, preschools, colleges, etc) as covered in the video EDUNATION and list them in a google sheet assigned to them.
2. Call the organization & identify a key contact (the head of the organization or a senior manager from the department of HR/ personnel/ recruitment). Find out his/ her name, designation, direct phone number, direct WhatsApp number, direct email address & update the google sheet with the details.
3. Call on the key contact & present him/ her TEENWORKS & TENSTRIDE (the videos mentioned above). Introduce yourself as an intern doing a Industry Connect Internship. Request for an appointment. Share the details over SMS/ WhatsApp/ Email/ etc.
4. Call at the scheduled date & time and discuss to understand their manpower needs either through INTURN or HIREPOINT. Discuss the commercials if they have any need.
5. Follow-up to pursue sales. On sales, you earn 25% of the revenue as incentive.

1) The candidate must be doing BBA/ MBA from a recognized management institution in India.

2) No objection certificate issued by the head of the department of the college/ university/ institution.

3) The candidate must have excellent verbal & written skills in English & the regional language (depending on the location assigned)

4) The candidates must possess a laptop, an high-speed internet connection, and a smart phone.

5) A working knowledge of Google sheets is a must.
